Weaving on a small Ashford Rigid Heddle
Margaret’s Thread Lace Scarves
A Wall Hanging from a Passap
Sue’s Colourful Crochet Bag – love it!!
Intarsia – a few hiccups – user error 😉
A V Neck with both sides done at the same time – absolute magic!! Thanks Ann!
Information about this event can be found here – many thanks to Irene and Cliff for all the work!!
Thelma Hoffman recently provided some photos for the site – thank you Thelma!
Ann showed us ho to do Easy Peasy Mitres – a great way of making a blanket and using up all that leftover yarn!! (Partial Knitting)
Rosalie tested the “Open Weave” idea – this is just a TEST – Long stitches by pulling back to OOW and also by extending with a CO Comb. Maybe for net curtains after an iron….
And Roslyn showed us her Cast On Comb from Dianne Chambers book (note the CO Rag finishes at the open stitches – the rest was just a play piece)
Cancelled due to a waterpipe bursting and flooding the Kelly Building, the accommodation and recreation rooms that we had booked for the weekend.
Apologies to all involved………refunds will be made in full as soon as possible.
Sue will contact all those who have paid to enquire whether a cheque or a direct bank deposit is preferred.
Any questions please contact Sue or Michelle.
